Our sizing is based on the patterns used, so please don’t hesitate to ask for measurements if you’re unsure of the correct size to order.

Please note that once a product has been shipped, we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind. However, regular priced items may be refunded, while sale items cannot.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to help you exchange it for a new one. Simply send us an email at sassypoppets@outlook.com and we’ll assist you in selecting a new fabric. If the item you purchased is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss an appropriate resolution.
This may include a product replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please note that the garment must be in unworn condition.

If a refund is necessary, please be aware that the postage price is non-refundable and the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery at your expense. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you via email of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Please be advised that we take photos of our garments in packaging before shipping, and we’re happy to send a photo of your package upon request. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on delayed mail delivery, especially during the current world crisis.

If you’re returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
